Approach
Organic
The vineyards of the Domaine Diconne are farmed by close to organic principles.
The grapes are harvested by hand.
The grapes for the red wines are destemmed. A destemmer was installed in 1998.
The whites are crushed before pressing, then settled.
Ageing of both reds and whites is conducted in barrels for 12 months, with 20 percent new wood. After the racking is carried out, bottling between February and April of the following year is conducted.
