Approach
Sustainable, without certification
The vineyards of the Domaine Dubuet-Monthélie are farmed according to the sustainable approach, but without certification.
Beyond winter pruning, severe disbudding and glueing are conducted. The grapes are harvested manually. The treatments are avoided as much as possible. Phytosanitary products that can be used in organic farming are frequently applied.
