Approach
Organic without certification
Domaine Dujardin is farmed organically without certification. The usage of chemical fertilizers, weedkillers and insecticides is strictly limited. The harvesting is made by hand.
Vinification is conducted slowly and maturing takes place in barrels, lasting from 12 to 18 months for white wines and from 18 to 24 months for red wines.
