Domaine Goulley, famous for its Chablis wines, is located in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, Burgundy. The vineyards of the domaine cover 18.5 hectares and have been certified organic since 1991. Maude Goulley is a current winemaker of the domaine who cultivates the domaines’ plots with respect to the environment.

The vineyards of Domaine Goulley are cultivated by Maude Goulley. After the retirement of her father Philippe Goulley, Domaine Jean Goulley & Fils and Domaine Philippe Goulley were united. Domaine Jean Goulley & Fils was created in the early 80s when Philippe Goulley joined his father Jean Goulley in their family business. The domaine owned 13.5 hectares of vineyards in 3 appellations.

Domaine Philippe Goulley was founded in 1991 by Philippe Goulley to start organic farming. The domaine holdings included 5 hectares of vineyards. It was the first estate in the region to obtain organic certification in 1991.

If it is damp. Vinification and ageing are done in stainless steel vats or old oak barrels, depending on the appellation. Les Vaux Coursières - are vinified in oak barrels.
