Robert Parker’s tasting notes on the Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin 2014: “The 2014 Chablis Premier Cru Vaucoupin, which is matured in stainless steel, has a crisp, stony bouquet with hints of citrus peel and nectarine lending complexity. The palate is fresh and vibrant with crisp acidity, and there are lovely saline notes here with plenty of energy on the grapefruit, Granny Smith apple and lemongrass finish. This is a very satisfying Vaucoupin full of vim and vigor”.
