Robert Parker comments on the Chablis Premier Cru Mont de Milieu 2015: “The 2015 Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu comes from 60-year-old vines. Most of the crop spent 15 months in stainless steel, while 15% of it was in 400-liter barrels. It has a marvelous bouquet: perfumed scents of granite, yellow flowers, a touch of honeysuckle and smoke. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, gorgeous fruit—guava and passion fruit with a hint of pineapple—that frame a very precise and detailed finish. This is a superb Chablis that should give a decade of drinking pleasure”.

Approach
Charly Nicolle takes care of Domaine Charly Nicolle vines. All year round, the team works the soil: ploughing, tilling and hoeing. After summer goes down, the harvest is picked.
The vinification is carried out on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
