Domaine Thomas-Collardot is located in Puligny-Montrachet, Burgundy. The holdings cover 2.5 hectares. The plots are farmed according to an organic approach by Jacqueline Collardot. In 2020 Domaine Thomas-Collardot was certified organic.

The Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Folatières 2018 scored 92, the Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Hameau de Blagny 2018 scored 91, and the Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2017 scored 90-92 by the Wine Advocate.

Robert Parker’s tasting notes on the Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Folatières 2018 are: “The king of the cellar is the 2018 Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Folatières, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered wine that's fleshy and enveloping. Evocative of pears, mandarin oil, fresh bread and pastry cream, it concludes with a bright, saline finish”.

Domaine Thomas-Collardot is managed by Jacqueline Collardot. In 2018 her son - Matthieu joined the domaine.

From 1991 to 2011 the vineyards of the domaine were leased to the Chavy family. In 2011 Jacqueline Collardot took back the holdings. She started to get them into the shape with help from the Bachelet-Monnot brothers. More and more they start bottling their own wines.

Domaine Thomas-Collardot vineyards are farmed according to the organic principles. Since 2020 the domaine has been certified organic. The work in the vineyard is usually done by hand, by horse or by caterpillar tractor. Generally, the grapes are harvested in the morning and cooled. The fruits are pressed but not crushed before the fermentation.

On Burgundy Report, Jacqueline Collardot comments on vintage 2018: “The 2018 Bourgogne was bottled after 1 year of elevage, it was 16-18 months for the other wines, i.e. 2 winters in the cellar. All old barrels were used in elevage, ‘okay a few were new in 2017!‘ As for DIAM, we are still testing. For now, we’ve been using the top-level corks from Trescases and to-date, we’ve no returns!”.
