This is a prodigious wine from one of this vineyard's finest exponents”.

Approach
Certified organic since 2012
Since 2012, Domaine Vincent Dancer has been certified organic.
The winemaker is Vincent Dancer, he crushes the grapes before the pneumatic press.
The fermentation is carried out without sulphur. The red wine production is done only with occasional punch down, no new wood is used for ageing; whereas for whites - the percentage of new wood is very low, it does not exceed 10 percent.
Before bottling the wines are racked and adjusted with sulphur level.
