Since 2008 Domaine Denis Carré has been managed by Martial Carré and his sister Gaëtane Carré, they took over from their father - Denis Carré. The new generation implemented an organic approach to the work of the domaine.
The roots of the estate go back to 1975 to Denis and Bernadette Carré.

Domaine Denis Carré has been farmed according to the organic principles since 2008 without certification.
The vineyards are ploughed. The grapes are destemmed before the vinification. The fermentation processes for 15 to 18 days. The white wines are made from crushed and pressed grapes with natural yeasts.
The percentage of new wood varies from 10 to 35 percent. The wines are mottled with the use of new cork.
