Approach
Sustainable
Domaine Lucien vineyards are farmed according to a non-certified sustainable approach. The soil in the vineyard is ploughed.
The vinification period lasts for 3 weeks. The grapes are sorted twice: in the vineyards and on the table de tri. Before the fermentation, the fruits are destemmed. The juice is punched down a little.
The wines are bottled with DIAM closures.
Some wines are aged in acacia barrels, some - in oak. The percentage of new wood depends on the cuvée.
