The palate is vibrant on the entry with crisp acidity, orange peel and a touch of blackberry leaf, the acidity nicely judged and conveying a sense of harmony and refinement on the finish that is almost Premier Cru in quality. Excellent.”.

The grapes are hand-harvested. The harvest is sorted on a vibrant table before being transported to the vats. The fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in barrels, without sulphur. The reds are fermented for 15 to 20 days in concrete vats.
Maturation period for whites is from 11 to 18 months, for reds from 10 to 12 months; it varies on the cuvée. The percentage of new wood depends on the vintage usually it is from 15 to 30 percent.
