Domaine Parigot Père & Fils is farmed according to sustainable concepts. The domaine is focused on the production of red wines. Alexandre Parigot is a current winemaker who uses half a bunch for making wines.

The maturation takes place in barrels. The percentage of new wood varies across cuvée, in particular for premiers crus 50 percent of new wood is used.
