Approach
Sustainable
The vineyards of Domaine Feuillat-Juillot are farmed according to close to organic, non-certified sustainable principles.
Since 2004, many vineyards with any Pinot, Gamay or Aligoté vines have been replanted with Chardonnay, immediately switching from the use of herbicides to ploughing.
The wines are picked and vinified separately, but then blended into a single wine - Cuvée Les Grappes d’Or. The Montagny Cuvée Camille is made from young vines, while the Montagny Cuvée Victor and Montagny Cuvée Louis come from old vines in the Montagny Premiers Crus Coéres and Montagny Premiers Montcuchots respectively.
