Domaine Lassarat & Fils is a family estate located in Vergisson, Mâconnais, Burgundy. The vineyards cover 11 hectares within 4 different appellations. In particular, Mâcon-Vergisson, Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Moulin-à-Vent. The domaine has been certified organic since 2022.

The current winemaker is Pierre-Henri Lassarat, he makes prestigious wines.

In 2020 the label was changed from Domaine Roger Lassarat to Domaine Lassarat & Fils.

Top wines of Domaine Lassarat & Fils are: Pouilly-Fuissé Clos de France and Saint-Véran Les Cras. The Pouilly-Fuissé Clos de France 2000 scored 92 and 1999 scored 91 and the Saint-Véran Les Cras 2000 scored 92.

The current winemaker of Domaine Lassarat & Fils is Pierre-Henri Lassarat. He joined his father - Roger Lassarat in 2009 and began making wines in 2017.

The estate was founded in 1969 by Roger Lassarat, who was producing wines under Domaine Roger Lassarat label. In 2020 the label was changed to Domaine Lassarat & Fils.

In 2022 Domaine Lassarat & Fils was certified organic. The current winemaker is Pierre-Henri Lassarat, he strives to obtain the best from his plots and make unique wines.

The grapes are harvested manually, then gently pressed. Although Pierre-Henri Lassarat works with the know-how acquired by his ancestors, he adapts his methods to obtain the best possible wines.

The fermentation is carried out with native yeasts.

The wines are matured in French oak barrels which are renewed every 7 years.
