Domaine Dominique Cornin is a family estate. Current winemaker is Romain Cornin, who farms the vineyards according to the biodynamic approach, with certified organic approach from 2009.

Today Domaine Dominique Cornin is under Romain Cornin control, he took over from his father - Dominique Cornin. In 1993 Dominique Cornin influenced the estate by extracting the vineyards from the co-operative and stopping using herbicides.

The roots of Domaine Dominique Cornin go back to the 1930s when Dominique Cornin’s grandfather planted the vines.

The grapes are picked by hand. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, whereas the maturation is in barrels.
